eCHIEF Mobile App is a free TouchBanking App that will keep you informed and in control of your accounts. From our TouchBanking App, you can:
- Monitor account balances and transaction history.
- Perform transactions (transfer money between accounts).
- Find ATM and Branch locations and contact bank.

Are there fees to use Mobile App?
Blackhawk Bank & Trust does not charge you a fee to download or to use our mobile app. You should contact your mobile provider for information about fees associated with sending or receiving text messages or accessing the Internet from your mobile device.

Yes, Blackhawk Bank & Trust is committed to your privacy and the safety of your financial information. With the mobile app you can expect:
- Personal information will is protected from unauthorized access through advanced encryption technology.
- Mobile app uses the same secuirty features as eCHIEF Internet Banking.
- Blackhawk Bank & Trust will never transmit your complete account numbers.

How do I download Mobile App to my iPhone®, Android or BlackBerry®?
To complete enrollment for the Downloadable Application
1. Activate your phone for mobile banking. (click here for the steps).
2. Check your mobile phone for an activation text message from 96924.
3. Enter the activation code online that was sent to your mobile phone.
4. Enter the activation code online that was sent to your mobile phone. This activation code will remain valid for 24-hours. If you have not yet entered your code online after 24-hours you will need to re-enroll for eCHIEF Mobile.
5. Receive your verification text, with the BhB&T unique link to download the Touch Banking application.
6. Click the link and follow the instructions on your phone's screen.
7. Once your Touch Banking App is downloaded, simply open the App, enter your eCHIEF Internet Banking Password and begin enjoying your eCHIEF Mobile banking account!
