If you and/or your spouse are 50 years of age or better and maintain a $5,000 balance in any Blackhawk Bank & Trust checking or savings account, certificate of deposit or any combination of accounts, apply for membership in the "Silver Hawk Club" today at any of our sixteen area locations. There is No Annual Membership Fee. However, a $9.95 service fee will be charged to you each month your account falls below the minimum depository balance requirement of $5,000.
The minimum deposit required to open this account is $100.00. Three (3) free foreign ATM transactions are allowed per monthly statement cycle; $1.00 per transaction fee is charged in excess of three foreign ATM transactions.
*The current interest rate and annual percentage yield of interest earned will vary dependent upon the term of the certificate of deposit (CD) you purchase. The additional 1/4% of interest is added to the current CD Annual Percentage yield, subject to change weekly. The rate is then adjusted accordingly. The interest accrual method is 365/365 days. Interest will be compounded quarterly for the 3-month, 1-year, 1 1/2-year, 2-year, and 2 1/2-year CDs and semi-annually for the 6-month CD. CDs that have not matured are not eligible to receive the additional 1/4% interest. |
