FULL TIME AG LOAN OFFICER JOB OPENING

Aledo, IL

Duties and Responsibilities:
• Service current Ag Loan Portfolio and develop additional business
• Perform farm visits to current and potential customers
• Take inventory of commodities and equipment
• Analyze financial performance on an annual basis to make credit decisions

Position Requirements:
• Bachelor's Degree in an Agriculture related field preferred but not required
• Previous experience working in Agriculture
• The capability to prospect for clients and develop additional business
• The ability to analyze financial data and make appropriate loan decisions
• Previous Ag Lending experience is preferred
