IT SPECIALIST JOB OPENING
Responsibilities & Duties:
- Install, maintain, and troubleshoot computers, printers, etc.
- Provide desktop and software support to employees
- Assist with the management of phone and voicemail systems
- Coordinate with various vendors to fix issues/improve systems
- Assist and lead various IT projects
- Prepare training/reference materials
- Compose and post online content to the intranet
- Monitor network logs and bandwidth usage and report issues
- Review and update Compliance Policies and Guidelines related to IT Security
- Work with IT vendors to troubleshoot issues and research new solutions
Position Requirements:
- Ability to think critically, problem solve and work independently
- Ability to work on multiple tasks simultaneously
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office
- Physical ability to regularly lift and move supplies weighing 20 lbs
- Previous banking education or experience is a plus
- Previous IT experience with the below items is a plus:
- Active Directory
- Basic Windows 10 Usage
- Basic understanding of networking (VLANs,
Segmentation, IP settings, Routing, etc.
- Printer Installation
- Cyber Security Experience/Training
- Office365 Administration
- Hosted Telephone Administration
- Hosted Fiserv Solutions (Premier, Integrated Teller,
Business Process Manager, SCO)
- Finastra Loan Solutions (LaserPro, DecisionPro,
Mortgagebot, CreditQuest)
