Two Way Text Alerts

Introducing Two Way Text Alerts for Debit Cards and suspicious Debit Card transactions.

How it Works

With interactive fraud alerts, if our system detects suspicious activity on your card, you’ll receive a text message with details about the suspected transaction. All you have to do is respond to the text to confirm the transaction.

If you indicate the transaction is fraud, you’ll receive another message with a number to call for follow-up. If not, you’re all set. The system will mark the transaction as legitimate and you can get on with your day – simple as that.
Getting Started

Make sure your phone number is current with us.

If we have your cell phone number on file, you’ll receive an initial text message starting Monday March 13th asking you to enroll in two way text alerts.

Say yes, and we will text you anytime a transaction looks suspicious. It’s an easy way to keep your account secure and prevent fraud.

You may also choose not to receive text alerts right now. Don’t worry, you can sign up anytime you’d like in the future and still be covered. If fraud is detected on your account, you will continue to receive phone calls from us alerting you of potential fraudulent activity if it occurs.
