In January we will be updating security features. For a smooth transition, we recommend that you:
1. Verify that you know the answers to your security questions in your online banking profile.
2. Update your phone number to a mobile phone number in your online banking profile.
How to get Started:
Head to the Profile section of online banking to view and update your security questions and your phone number. In the image below, you'll see the Profile section can be found in the top right corner once you are logged in to online banking. From there, you'll see the following menu and can make edits as needed.
