Fraud Text Alerts

Two-Way Text Alerts

If our system detects suspicious activity on your debit card, you will receive a text message with details about the suspected transaction. All you have to do is respond to the text to confirm the transaction.

How it Works

If our system detects suspicious activity on your card, you’ll receive a text message with details about the suspected transaction. All you have to do is respond to the text to confirm the transaction.

If you indicate the transaction is fraud, you’ll receive another message with a number to call for follow-up. If not, you’re all set. The system will mark the transaction as legitimate and you can get on with your day – simple as that.

Getting Started

Make sure your phone number is current with us. If your number is current, you'll receive a text message from us asking if you want to enroll in Fraud Text Alerts. Say yes, and we will text you anytime a transaction looks suspicious. It’s an easy way to keep your account secure and prevent fraud.

You may also choose not to receive text alerts right away. Don’t worry, you can sign up anytime in the future and still be covered. If fraud is detected on your account, you will continue to receive phone calls from us alerting you of potentially fraudulent activity if it occurs.
