Q. Will I be able to use my existing card for ATM and debit transactions?
A. Yes, your existing Debit & ATM cards will continue to work until 9:00 AM CST on Monday, September 19, 2016. If your card expires in the meantime, we may automatically send you a new, updated Port Byron State Bank card until you can get your Blackhawk Bank card.

All bill payment history, scheduled payments, and payee information will be maintained and made available to you. There will be no loss of bill pay information.
Q. What will happen with my Safe Deposit Box?
A. If you have a Safe Deposit box in the Coal Valley or Colona branches, the boxes and/or contents of the boxes were moved with the branch consolidation on August 1. Safe Deposit boxes in Coal Valley were relocated in their entirety with the guidance of the Coal Valley Police and a Qualified moving company. In Colona, we have asked customers to come in and remove their items and choose another box in our existing Blackhawk Bank & Trust Colona office. The contract will be good until Feb 20, 2017. No payment needed at this time.
