If you and/or your spouse are 50 years of age or better and maintain a $5,000 balance in any Blackhawk Bank & Trust checking or savings account, certificate of deposit, or any combination of accounts, you can apply to be a member of the Silver Hawk Club. There is no annual membership fee. However, a $9.95 service fee will be charged to you each month if your overall deposit relationship falls below the minimum depository balance requirement of $5,000.
