The Silver Hawk Club is now offering a second date choice to attend the Fueling for Gut Health Workshop. Join us at the University of Illinois Extension Office in Milan, IL along with Nutrition & Wellness Educator Kristin Bogdonas, MPH. Learn and sample what foods support good gut health.
